Halifax Plantation Donation Request Form

In these difficult economic times many charities and foundations are feeling the pinch as people are less able to make cash contributions. To help area groups with this shortage Halifax Plantation Golf Club is pleased to announce that we will be donating 5 golf foursome gift certificates each week for the next year to qualifying local organizations to use for raffle purposes. This equates to approx. $36,000 of complimentary golf rounds.

Qualified recipients will be notified via email of their selection.

The donation will typically be for 2 x 2 rounds of golf with cart & time restrictions. Only 1 submission is necessary per event.
